Farinet is a pizzeria in Cagliari led by Andrea. Together we built the website and ran the digital communication, with a very concrete goal: turn the online presence into orders, especially takeaway and delivery.
Andrea came to us with a clear situation: a pizzeria with a strong product but two concrete constraints. The first was space, a small venue, which limited how much growth could come from in-restaurant covers alone. The second was the digital presence: he had no structured channel bringing in new customers consistently for takeaway and delivery, which for Farinet is the main growth lever.
We worked on two parallel tracks, designed to feed each other.
On one side, we built a clean and direct showcase website, organised around the two things that actually matter for a pizzeria: the menu and the ability to order. No superfluous elements, just a fast experience that takes the visitor from curiosity to conversion in the shortest possible time.
On the other, we took over the social channels for six months, combining content marketing and Meta campaigns. On content, we first identified the strengths of the offer, then found a distinctive angle. We centred the communication around the product, highlighting its simplicity and slotting it into a debate (already widely discussed) between traditional and contemporary pizza, to lift engagement and, by extension, conversions. On advertising, we built campaigns optimised for both the local audience and the interests aligned with Farinet's offer, to get the message in front of as many of the right people as possible, at the lowest possible cost.
The work brought growth on two fronts that were both important to us. On one side, the Instagram profile passed 10,000 followers, almost quadrupling the community. On the other, a steady flow of traffic to the website, which translated into more takeaway and delivery orders, the commercial lever we'd focused on throughout.
The most concrete confirmation came at the end of the engagement: Andrea chose to renew the collaboration for another year, which we've just started together.
