Fit Freedom is a gym that chose to bet on community, inclusivity and quality of service. Working with their team, we turned their digital presence into a real engine of awareness and new sign-ups, giving voice to what sets them apart from competitors.
Fit Freedom came to us with a clear idea of the importance of marketing, but also with an understandable hesitation: the fear that investing in communication meant high costs without guaranteed returns. At the same time, they felt the need to stand out from competitors and reinforce their positioning, finally giving space to the values that drive their work every day: the team's dedication, inclusivity, the sense of community and the quality of their services.
We built a strategy that combined two essential levers: a more curated and recognisable social presence, and paid campaigns capable of amplifying its reach.
On content, we turned the Instagram feed into a visually consistent space, designed to communicate not just the services but above all the gym's identity: the atmosphere, the people who bring it to life, the approach that defines it. In parallel, we developed a series of video campaigns optimised for Meta, built to break out of the existing community and reach a wider audience. The goal was twofold: introduce Fit Freedom to people who didn't yet follow them, and generate real traffic, both online and into the gym.
Social engagement grew significantly, enquiries went up and so did gym attendance. The most interesting data point, though, is something else: many of the new members, when asked how they discovered Fit Freedom, name the social channels.
