Lord Scott is a boutique brand of bespoke boat experiences in Northern Sardinia, with tailored excursions across the Maddalena archipelago, Palau and Santa Teresa di Gallura. We took the project from scratch, starting with the business plan and ending with a full brand and website ready for launch. The goal was to position them as a reference point for intelligent luxury: not showy, defined by quiet, comfort and care.

The Challenge

Lord Scott came to us before they even existed as a brand. There was a precise idea, a structured business plan and a clearly defined clientele: international travellers looking for exclusive days at sea, deliberately away from mass tourism, made of bespoke routes, small groups and attention to detail. Everything else had to be built.

We needed to build the voice, look and digital presence of the project from scratch, so that the client's digital presence reflected the central promise from day one: a quiet luxury, never ostentatious, built around the people and places of Northern Sardinia.

The Approach

We worked across two complementary fronts, designed to grow together: building the brand and translating it into a website ready to speak to an international audience.

On identity, we defined every element of the visual system, from the logo to the palette, the typography and the tone of voice. Everything was calibrated to deliver a personal, curated experience, far from the conventions of standard nautical tourism: few words, an elegance that leaves space for the sea and the places. We then translated the identity into a coherent system, ready to be applied across every communication channel.

On web, we designed and developed the site from scratch, building a bilingual experience that's simple to navigate and designed to take the visitor from discovering the brand to enquiring about an experience. A digital storefront that mirrors the care Lord Scott puts into every detail, from the choice of sailing times to the local producers they collaborate with on board.

The Results

Lord Scott entered the market with a complete identity and a website ready to support its first seasons of activity. Every touchpoint, from the logo customers see online to the way the brand speaks in its communications, is consistent with the intelligent-luxury positioning we'd defined together.

For us this was a particularly rewarding project: it's not often that we get to follow a project from business plan to launch, and being able to build every detail of the brand from scratch let us work on consistency in the fullest possible way.
