Sardinia Management is a property management agency that manages holiday homes across Sardinia. Together with Riccardo we turned word-of-mouth into a structured acquisition strategy, building the digital positioning needed to attract an international clientele.
Riccardo Pusceddu, founder of Sardinia Management, came to us with a concrete need: stop depending solely on word-of-mouth. The channel worked, but it wasn't scalable and didn't allow him to reach the volume of properties he knew he could manage in his portfolio. He needed a predictable, measurable, ROI-positive client acquisition system, built around a brand that didn't really exist yet outside his personal network.
We worked on two fronts, both essential. On one side, we built a lead generation strategy designed to intercept owners of second homes bought by non-residents, a very specific audience aligned with what Sardinia Management offers. On the other, we shaped a more solid and consistent digital presence: branding, website, content and paid campaigns.
The site was designed to be clean, simple and direct: a one-page site that tells the story clearly, builds trust and makes it easy to get in touch. In parallel, we developed creative and campaigns with a precise goal: bring in genuinely interested leads while keeping cost-per-lead as efficient as possible.
The campaign allowed Sardinia Management to significantly expand its managed property portfolio. The quality of the leads made the difference: Riccardo and his team could focus on conversations that mattered, without wasting time on weak ones.
Beyond performance, this work helped position Sardinia Management as a recognisable reference point for property management in Sardinia, laying the groundwork for sustainable long-term growth.
