Urbansuite came to us with a clear starting point: showrooms curated in every detail, a selection of first-tier brands and years of experience in luxury furniture, but a digital presence that didn't reflect any of it. The social page was inconsistent and didn't convey the level of the experience you get when you walk into one of their showrooms.

They needed continuity in publishing, a visual identity that matched the showrooms, and to start using digital channels to intercept people searching for design furniture, not only those who already knew the brand.

We worked across two complementary fronts, designed to work together: organic communication and advertising.

On content, we went directly into their showrooms to produce photos and video, showing the products in the context where they're actually experienced: the rooms, the materials, the finishes. From there we built a defined editorial plan with regular publishing, so the page finally had a rhythm and a recognisable voice. In parallel we supported the team on branding choices, aligning the tone of voice with the brand's positioning.

On advertising, we activated Meta campaigns calibrated for an audience interested in interior design and high-end furniture across the UK, taking the work beyond the circle of those who already knew Urbansuite.

For Urbansuite this collaboration was the first step toward a digital presence as polished as their showrooms: a more curated social channel, content built inside their world, and a clearer direction on how to keep telling their story online.
